Mr. Andrew is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines and Imperial College London and is a Chartered Geologist (CGeol) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng). He is a Fellow of the Geological Society (FGS), a Member of the Society of Economic Geologists, and a Member of the Institution of Mining, Metallurgy & Materials (MIMMM). Mr. Andrew was previously the CEO of Touchstone Gold Holdings, former Managing Director of Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC, and founder and former Executive Director of Navan Resources PLC.

Mr. Cheesbrough has more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive of public and private companies in various industries including the mining industry, where he was the Chief Financial Officer of Echo Bay Mines Ltd. Most recently Mr. Cheesbrough was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CIBER, Inc., a global information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company listed on the NYSE. Mr. Cheesbrough is a chartered accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.

He was a Colombia's Chief Trade Negotiator for the Uribe Government and the Deputy Minister for Entrepreneurial Development at the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Tourism. William Hayden

Bill is a geologist with over 36 years experience in the mineral exploration industry, much of which has been in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. Bill was the founder and President of Ivanhoe Nickel and Platinum Ltd. (Ivanplats), a Canadian company which has assembled extensive mineral holdings in South Africa, Zambia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Since 1986 Bill has worked in a management capacity with several exploration and mining companies both in Australia and overseas. Bill was the President of Ivanhoe Philippines, Inc. (an Ivanhoe Mines wholly owned subsidiary) from 2005 until 2011, and former President of GoviEx Uranium Inc. He is currently a director of Globe Metals & Mining Ltd (ASX listed), Sky Alliance Resources Inc., Ivanplats Ltd, Sunward Resources Ltd (TSX-V listed), China Polymetallic Mining Ltd (HKSE listed) and Condoto Platinum NL. (ASX listed).

Gil Leathley
Director
Mr. Leathley is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NovaGold Resources Inc., a major North American mining exploration and development company. With more than 50 years of mining experience, he has been involved in all aspects of mine construction and operations as well as the evaluation of exploration properties and potential acquisitions. Mr. Leathley has extensive experience with financial oversight of construction and development of major projects around the world. Originally from Scotland, he trained as a Mine Surveyor and Industrial Engineer with the Scottish National Coal Board, working his way through coal and bauxite mines and eventually to gold and copper mining. From 1975 to 2000, Mr. Leathley was the driving force in overseeing the development of several major operating mines on behalf of Cassiar Asbestos, Noranda Mining, International Corona Corporation and Homestake Mining Company. Mr. Leathley retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Homestake in 2000.

Igor Levental

Mr. Levental is President of the Electrum Group of Companies, a leading privately-owned mineral exploration and development group with strategic holdings in private and public precious metals companies. Mr. Levental is a Director of Gabriel Resources Ltd., which is engaged in the development of major precious metals deposits in Romania; and NovaGold Resources Inc., which owns 50% of two of the largest gold deposits in the world: the Donlin Creek deposit in Alaska and the Galore Creek deposit in British Columbia. He is also a Director of Taung Gold Limited, a South African-based private gold exploration and development company with significant interests in gold development and exploration projects in the Witwatersrand Basin of South Africa. With more than 30 years of experience across a broad cross-section of the international mining industry, Mr. Levental has held senior positions with major mining companies including Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, where he played a major role in these companies' corporate development and merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Levental is a Professional Engineer with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alberta.

Philip O'Neill

Mr. O'Neill is co-founder and Managing Director of Notela Resource Advisors Ltd., an advisory firm focused on the natural resource sector. In 2006, Mr. O'Neill founded MP1 Capital Ltd., a Calgary-based and family-owned private equity corporation established to identify and invest predominantly in high-growth opportunities in the natural resource industry. Prior to establishing MP1 Capital, Mr. O'Neill worked as a research consultant for Casey Research LLC. Mr. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, Honours Program, from the University of Guelph.

Terry M. Palmer

Mr. Palmer has over 40 years of financial, management and accounting experience with a particular focus on the mining industry. He spent 36 years at Ernst & Young LLP where he rose from a staff position to partner responsible for audit and advisory services to major international mining companies and serving as the technical consulting partner in SEC-related business. Mr. Palmer is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. and Golden Minerals Company. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Drake University and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver. He is a certified public accountant and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
