Mr. Andrew is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines and Imperial College London and is a Chartered Geologist (CGeol) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng). He is a Fellow of the Geological Society (FGS), a Member of the Society of Economic Geologists, and a Member of the Institution of Mining, Metallurgy & Materials (MIMMM). Mr. Andrew was previously the CEO of Touchstone Gold Holdings, former Managing Director of Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC, and Founder and former Executive Director of Navan Resources PLC.

Mr. Forest is a geologist and has worked for a decade in the oil & gas, mining and environmental sectors. He is Managing Director of Notela Resource Advisors Ltd., an advisory firm analyzing and designing global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. He previously managed the energy research division at Casey Research LLC.

Ms. Choboter has a BComm and is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of international experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has held a number of senior financial management positions in a variety of industries including natural resources, insurance, pulp and paper, and technology.

Brenda Dayton specializes in the Company's corporate compliance and management. She has vast international experience in the administration and regulatory compliance of public companies. Prior to joining Sunward Resources, she held senior positions with various Canadian mining companies, including Ivanhoe Mines. Brenda holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Calgary.
